A. Our engineers create the pathway for our success. The
Engineering staff takes pride in designing high quality
tooling. We are constantly staying abreast of new technology
on the market for mold manufacturing. We are able to work with
our customers during the initial part design, if requested.
This input leads to a cost effective, quality mold. All tools
are designed and programmed with Unigraphics' Software, using
solid modeling, for a seamless manufacturing process from
start to finish.
B. Our
Program Management Team to work with our customers from
conception through the tool shipment. Program Management
will respond quickly to customer needs and provide leadership
and accountability for your project while in the shop.
C. We are
able to sample the tool previous of shipment to the molder.
We are able to verify tool functionality, minimize process
debugging and verify plastic parts before shipping to molder.
